Heather Ivy Society, Inc provides the following services to cis-women who are living with HIV:

TRANSPORTATION ASSISTANCE

Concierge Lyft rides to medical appointments and mental health visits/ group sessions
MARTA cards for round-trip travel to medical appointments and mental health visits

PSYCHOSOCIAL SUPPORT

Peer support from Ambassadors for those new to care or returning to care
Social worker consultation and well visits
Biweekly support group sessions
Seasonal in-person group retreats and day sessions
Private FACEBOOK sisterhood community group

HOSPITAL-TO-OUTPATIENT CARE LINKAGE

Peer and social worker support to link to outpatient medical treatment
Access to bridge medications

Peer ambassadors are available to help link you to the medical and psychosocial services you need to thrive while living with HIV. Please locate your designated peer ambassador according to your county of residence. You may contact your Ambassador to obtain resources or information regarding our services.
